This chapter you get more detail on Dwight how he's more demanding than you think, he's was demanding on Toby by yelling at him to pick up the beaver but he didn't. This must have been awkward for Toby because he doesn't really connect with Dwight and all he was doing was yelling at him, and calling him hot shot.
